How We Work

Vishal Nayak works through a network and has been doing this for years. Vishal Nayak shares very good working and personal relationships and hence the differences and operational complexities are kept to minimum.

Working through a network instead of employees works well for the client. Vishal Nayak saves a lot of money on overheads which he then passes to his clients as reduced prices which are much more attractive and delightful than standard agency prices.

Step 1: Gather Requirement

You have a plan and a vision. You have a company. Now you want a website that will act as your salesperson to unknown visitors on the web who are looking for your products / services.

In the first step we talk to you (or your rep) at leanght to develop a solid, better-organized idea of what you need and desire in your new website. Having a clear idea of the goals will help us proceed to the next step.

Step 2: Proposal

After the reuirements are gathered we request you to leave us alone for 2 business days during which we come up with a customized project proposal focused on your goals and desires exclusive for your site. This proposal will also include a proper estimate of the budget you'd need to meet your goals.

Once the proposal is accepted, we expect a payment of 20% of the total amount. We will sign all the NDAs etc if required. The work begins with the release of payment.

Step 3: Information Architecture

A website can be made without an information architecture, which is nothing but deciding which elements are important and where to place them on a web page.

But a websiite without a proper information architecture is like a blazer sewn without proper measurements. Of course, you'll get a readymade blazer for your size but since it is mass produced there's a possibility that you might end up with a blazer that many others own.

Perhaps the difference between a blazer and a website is that a company website cannot afford to look like another company's website. Hence we place strong emphasis on information architecture.

Step 4: Site Structure

Site structure is like the site map page on a typical site. This is a significant step where the elements of your website are identified and categorised. Sub-categories, naming each web page etc fall under this step.

Step 5: Copywriting

By now, we have a clear cut definition of how your site is going to be shaped. Now it's time for us to bring out the pens and start developing the copy of your website.

Vishal Nayak does most of the copywriting for the websites and rest assured he will obsessively pen down the most power-packed copy that is needed for achieving the goals of the website.

Note: Of course you might be having content written for your existing website (in case of a revamp where you might consider to retain the existing content). In such cases, the cost would not include copywriting and the process jumps from step 4 straight to step 6.

Step 6: UI Design

UI (User Inferface) design is the crucial part of the web design and development process. We create create multiple samples of website designs exclusively for you. You choose one design and we work on it till you are satisfied.

Then we go on to code the site in HTML, PHP or ASP. Our expert CSS, JavaScript and flash animation pros will get on with creating the required parts of the website.

Step 7: Qaulity Check and Testing

Before the launch we make sure that your website is working fine, does not contain any broken links, works well in all browsers and other elements that form the core of quality check and testing.

Two teams will test the site independent of each other so we get a holistic view of all the bugs that exist.

Step 8: LAUNCH!

After all the above steps are concluded to your satisfaction then we don't find any particular reason to delay the launch. So upload the site to your server, test it once again and head for a celebratory drink!
